Focus and Change

I used to focus on changing the world.
All the while, neglecting the focus to change me.
I once was a catalyst for change in others.
But the reactions are spent now and I am too.
I’m learning that when I don’t have a healthy outlook on my

Transformation

In just a few months I will be 35.
Half a life.
Sure people live longer then 70, but quality seems to decline rapidly.
Not at all what I expected.
But I haven’t been disciplined enough to meet my expectations.
This is my personal year of transformation and change.
Change in my outlook.
….my habits.
….my emotions.
….my physique.
….my finances.
….my growth.

Monday Morning Thoughts

Woke up today feeling incredible. Although I have tons of stuff to get finished at work before “going on Holiday”, knowing that I will have 18 days off after Thursday at 5pm just gives me a boost of energy that even a nice Monster Java can’t compete with.
